(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its second meeting of the third Board of Directors on April 22, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointment of the 2026 Accounting Firm." The Company intends to re-appoint Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjian") as the Company's 2026 audit institution. This proposal needs to be submitted to the Company's shareholders' meeting for review.
