Hangzhou Chuhuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") held the sixth meeting of the third Board of Directors on April 26, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Re-appointing the Accounting Firm."
