As an Independent Director of Hangzhou Chuhuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term of office in 2025 (January 1, 2025, to June 9, 2025), I strictly abided by the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Guiding Opinions on Corporate Governance of Listed Companies," "Management Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, and the Company's Articles of Association and the Independent Director Work System. With a sense of responsibility to the Company and all shareholders, I faithfully performed my duties as an independent director, diligently and prudently exercised the rights granted to independent directors by the Company, actively attended relevant meetings, conscientiously reviewed various proposals, and fully utilized my role in decision-making, supervision, checks and balances, and professional consultation, effectively safeguarding the interests of the Company and all shareholders. I. Basic Information of Independent Director
(I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions I, Xu Dangsheng, born in 1970, am a Chinese national with no permanent residency abroad. I hold a doctoral degree and the title of professor. I am currently the Executive Vice Dean of the School of Emergency Management at Zhejiang University of Technology and the Head of the Safety Engineering discipline at Zhejiang University of Technology. From July 1994 to July 1995, I served as a secretary in the Party Committee Office of Zhejiang University of Technology; from August 1995 to July 1999, I served as the Secretary of the Youth League Committee of the School of Chemical Engineering at Zhejiang University of Technology; from August 1999 to May 2020, I served as a teacher at the Institute of Fine Chemical Engineering at Zhejiang University of Technology; from June 2020 to present, I have served as the Head of the Safety Engineering discipline at Zhejiang University of Technology; from January 2024 to present, I have served as an independent director of Hangzhou Tianyi Cheng New Energy Technology Co., Ltd.; from August 2020 to June 2025, I served as an independent director of the Company.
