(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a notice from its concerted actors, Taizhou Yuanyi Investment Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Yuanyi Investment") and Taizhou Chuyi Investment Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Chuyi Investment"), on February 26, 2026. As of February 25, 2026, Yuanyi Investment and Chuyi Investment collectively reduced their holdings by 764,500 shares (accounting for 0.96% of the total share capital after excluding shares held in the company's repurchase account) through centralized bidding transactions.
