Hangzhou Chuhuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "the Issuer") announces that its shareholder, Taizhou Yuan Yi Investment Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (formerly known as Hangzhou Yuan Yi Investment Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), hereinafter referred to as "Yuan Yi Investment"), holds 4,934,880 shares of the Company (accounting for 6.1799% of the total share capital after excluding shares held in the Company's repurchase special securities account). Another shareholder, Taizhou Chu Yi Investment Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership) (formerly known as Hangzhou Chu Yi Investment Consulting Partnership (Limited Partnership), hereinafter referred to as "Chu Yi Investment"), holds 2,741,600 shares (accounting for 3.4333% of the total share capital after excluding shares held in the Company's repurchase special securities account). Yuan Yi Investment and Chu Yi Investment were established as employee shareholding platforms before the Company's initial public offering (IPO). The Company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, chairman, and general manager, Chen Budong, serves as the executive partner of Yuan Yi Investment and Chu Yi Investment, enabling him to control these entities. Yuan Yi Investment and Chu Yi Investment are acting in concert with the controlling shareholder and actual controller.
