(I) Work Experience, Professional Background, and Concurrent Positions I am Sun Weiguo, born in May 1971, a Chinese national with no overseas permanent residency. I hold a bachelor's degree in Economics and Management from Jiangsu Radio and Television University and am a Senior Financial Economist. From December 2014 to August 2019, I served as the Chairman of Haining Rural Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. From November 2019 to present, I have been the Manager of Haining Green Energy New Energy Co., Ltd. From November 2019 to present, I have served as a Supervisor of Jiaxing Yingqi Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. From June 2020 to October 2023, I was the Executive Director and Manager of Haining Guangda Building Materials and Materials Co., Ltd. From June 2021 to present, I have been a Supervisor of Zhejiang Jinning Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. From October 2022 to present, I have served as an Independent Director of Marsen Kitchenware Co., Ltd. From August 2023 to present, I have served as an Independent Director of the Company.
