I. Basic Information on the Equity Change
Shenzhen Lianyu Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Lianyu Shares") board member Xu Jianjun plans to transfer 125,577 shares (0.17% of total shares) directly held by him to Liu Yuqin due to property division following his divorce. He also plans to transfer 251,154 shares (0.34% of total shares) directly held by him to his two children. II. Progress of the Equity Change
Recently, the Company received a notification from board member Xu Jianjun that he has obtained the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation" issued by China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. The 125,577 shares (0.17% of total shares) have been registered in Liu Yuqin's name through a non-transactional transfer, and the relevant procedures have been completed.
