Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1
To adapt to the strategic development needs of Mousse Health Sleep Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), enhance the Company's core competitiveness, determine the Company's development plan, improve investment decision-making procedures, strengthen the scientific nature of decisions, increase the effectiveness of major investment decisions, and improve decision quality, the Company establishes the Board Strategic Committee and formulates these rules in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Code of Corporate Governance for Listed Companies," "Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," "Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," and relevant provisions of the "Articles of Association of Mousse Health Sleep Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as "the Articles of Association").
Article 2
The Board Strategic Committee is a specialized working body established by the Board of Directors according to the resolutions of the shareholders' meeting, primarily responsible for researching and proposing suggestions on the Company's long-term development strategies and major investment decisions.
