(hereinafter referred to as "the company" or "Arrow Home") to issue this legal opinion regarding the adjustment of the repurchase price related to the company's 2023 restricted stock incentive plan (hereinafter referred to as "this incentive plan"). This is based on the relevant provisions of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Securities Law"), the Administrative Measures for Equity Incentives of Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as "the Management Measures"), the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange No. 1 - Business Handling (hereinafter referred to as "the Self-Regulatory Guidelines"), the Arrow Home Group Co., Ltd. 2023 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the Incentive Plan"), and the Implementation Assessment Management Measures for the Arrow Home Group Co., Ltd. 2023 Restricted Stock Incentive Plan.
