Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To protect the legitimate rights and interests of SanYangMa (ChongQing) Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company), its shareholders, employees, and creditors, and to regulate the organization and conduct of the Company, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), and other relevant regulations.
Article 2 The Company is a joint-stock limited company established in accordance with the "Company Law," the "Securities Law," and other relevant regulations. The Company was initiated and established by the overall transformation of Chongqing CIMC Automotive Logistics Co., Ltd., registered with the Chongqing Administration for Industry and Commerce, Shapingba Branch, and obtained its business license. The Company's unified social credit code is 915001067784797538.
Article 3 The Company was approved by the China Securities Regulatory Commission on September 24, 2021, to issue 20,010,000 ordinary shares to the public for the first time, and was listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on November 30, 2021.
