Runben Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Notice on the Acceptance of the Application Documents for the Issuance of Convertible Bonds to Unspecified Objects by Runben Aerospace Technology Co., Ltd." (Shenzhen Stock Exchange Review [2026] No. 84) issued by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "SZSE") on April 23, 2026. The SZSE has reviewed the application documents submitted by the Company for the issuance of convertible bonds to unspecified objects and has determined that the application documents are complete and has decided to accept them.
The Company's issuance of convertible bonds to unspecified objects is still subject to review by the SZSE and requires the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") before it can be implemented. Whether the Company can ultimately pass the SZSE's review and obtain the CSRC's approval for registration, and the timing thereof, remain uncertain.
