Runben Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. Announcement on the Appointment of General Manager and Deputy General Manager

I. Resignation of Senior Management Personnel
The Board of Directors of Runben Aviation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Runben Aviation Technology") recently received the written resignation report from Mr. Liu Junfeng, Chairman and General Manager of the Company, resigning from his position as General Manager. In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Articles of Association," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guidelines No. 1 - Norms for the Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," Mr. Liu Junfeng's resignation is effective from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. After resigning as General Manager, Mr. Liu Junfeng will continue to serve as Chairman of the Company.
II. Appointment of Senior Management Personnel
Upon the nomination of the Company's Chairman and General Manager respectively, and after review by the Company's Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors held its 25th meeting of the second session on April 12, 2026. The meeting deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Appointment of Senior Management Personnel." The Board agreed to appoint Ms. Xu Nanhua as the General Manager and Mr. Wang Zeyu as the Deputy General Manager. Their terms of office will commence from the date of approval of this Board meeting until the expiration of the second session of the Board of Directors. Upon Ms. Xu Nanhua's appointment as General Manager, her concurrent position as Deputy General Manager will be terminated.
