2025 Annual Report of Independent Director (Ji Timing)
As an independent director of Zhejiang Xiamen Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my tenure, I have strictly adhered to the relevant provisions of the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," and "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," as well as other laws, administrative regulations, departmental rules, and normative documents. I have conscientiously and diligently performed my duties with integrity and loyalty, diligently reviewed all proposals submitted to the Independent Director Special Committee, relevant special committees of the Board of Directors, and the Board of Directors, and actively protected the overall interests of the Company and the legitimate rights and interests of all shareholders.

My name is Ji Timing, and I hold a doctoral degree. I have previously served as a worker at Lishui County Industry and Agriculture Machinery Factory, a lecturer, associate professor, professor, master's supervisor, and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University of Technology (formerly Zhejiang Institute of Technology), Director of the Institute of Mechanical and Electronic Engineering at Zhejiang University of Technology, Vice Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering, Deputy Director of the Key Laboratory of Advanced Manufacturing Technology and Equipment of the Ministry of Education, Dean of the School of Mechanical Engineering, and Dean of the Huzhou Logistics Equipment and Technology Research Institute. Currently, I am a professor and doctoral supervisor at Zhejiang University of Technology, Director of the Robotics Technology and Engineering Research Center at Zhejiang University of Technology, and Director of the National Virtual Simulation Demonstration Center for Mechanical Engineering. Since May 2025, I have served as an independent director of Zhejiang Hangke Technology Co., Ltd. I have served as an independent director of the Company since October 2020.
