I. Nomination of Non-Independent Director Candidate
Shijiazhuang Shangtai Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 28th meeting of the Second Board of Directors on April 20, 2026. The meeting deliberated and approved the "Proposal on Nominating a Non-Independent Director Candidate for the Second Board of Directors." Upon the recommendation of the Company's controlling shareholder and the review and approval of the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the Board of Directors proposes to nominate Mr. Zhang Jiantao (resume attached) as a non-independent director candidate for the Second Board of Directors. His term of office will commence from the date of approval by the Company's shareholders' meeting until the expiration of the Second Board of Directors. This proposal is subject to approval by the Company's shareholders' meeting. Upon approval by the shareholders' meeting, Mr. Zhang Jiantao will also serve as a member of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee.
