The Board of Directors of Qingdao Sanbo Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has recently received the written resignation report from General Manager Mr. Wen Ke. Mr. Wen Ke has applied to resign from his position as General Manager of the Company due to personal reasons. His term for the aforementioned position was originally scheduled to end on December 29, 2026. After his resignation, he will no longer hold any positions in the Company or its subsidiaries.
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Articles of Association of Qingdao Sanbo Health Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), and other relevant regulations, Mr. Wen Ke's resignation report shall take effect from the date it is delivered to the Board of Directors. Mr. Wen Ke will complete the work handover in accordance with the Company's relevant regulations. His resignation will not adversely affect the Company's daily operations. The Company's Board of Directors will expedite the appointment of a new General Manager in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and the Articles of Association.
