Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 To regulate the compensation management system for directors and senior management of Qingdao Sanboshuo Health Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), effectively motivate the enthusiasm and creativity of directors and senior management, establish and improve the incentive and restraint mechanism, and enhance the Company's operational and management efficiency, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guidelines No. 1 - Norms for Operations of Main Board Listed Companies," and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association of Qingdao Sanboshuo Health Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"), this "Compensation Management System for Directors and Senior Management of Qingdao Sanboshuo Health Technology Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "System") is formulated.
Article 2 For the purposes of this System, directors and senior management refer to the Company's directors, general manager, deputy general managers, board secretary, financial controller, and other senior management personnel as stipulated in the "Articles of Association."
