- Shaanxi Meineng Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Meineng Energy") has implemented a profit distribution plan for the 2025 semi-annual period: based on the existing total share capital of 242,638,606 shares, excluding the repurchased shares of 4,050,000 shares, the base is 238,588,606 shares, and a cash dividend of RMB 1.50 (including tax) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders.
- Considering that the shares held in the company's repurchase account do not participate in the 2025 semi-annual profit distribution, the total actual cash dividend for this distribution is RMB 35,788,290.90 = 238,588,606 shares × 0.15 RMB/share. Since the repurchased shares do not participate in the dividend, the cash dividend amount calculated per 10 shares based on the total share capital is RMB 1.474962 = 35,788,290.90 RMB / 242,638,606 shares * 10 shares. Accordingly, the reference price for ex-dividend after the implementation of the 2025 semi-annual profit distribution is equal to the closing price on the record date - 0.1474962 RMB/share.
