Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1
To standardize the communication between Shaanxi Meinuo Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and investors through the Interactive Easy platform, and to establish a good communication mechanism between the Company and investors, this system is formulated in accordance with the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Administrative Measures for Information Disclosure of Listed Companies," "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 for Main Board Listed Companies of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," "Articles of Association," and other relevant regulations, combined with the actual situation of the Company.
Article 2
The term "Interactive Easy platform" in this system refers to the investor relations interactive platform established by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for communication between listed companies and investors.
Chapter 2 General Requirements

Management of the Interactive Easy platform is an important part of the Company's investor relations management. When the Company releases information or responds to investor inquiries through the Interactive Easy platform, it must adhere to the principle of integrity, strictly comply with relevant regulations, respect and treat all investors equally, actively strengthen communication with investors, enhance investors' understanding and recognition of the Company, and create a healthy market ecology.
Article 4
When the Company releases information or responds to investor inquiries on the Interactive Easy platform, it must be cautious, rational, and objective, based on facts, ensuring that the information released and the responses provided are true, accurate, and complete. The Company's information disclosure shall be based on the content disclosed through qualified media and shall not disclose any undisclosed significant information through the Interactive Easy platform. Information released or responses provided on the Interactive Easy platform must not conflict with information that is legally disclosed.
