To the esteemed shareholders and shareholder representatives:
As an independent director of Chongqing Yangtze River Shaped Materials (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), during my term of office in 2025, I have strictly followed the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Main Board Listed Company Self-Regulatory Supervision Guide No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies," and other laws, regulations, and normative documents, as well as the "Company Articles of Association" and the "Work Rules for Independent Directors." I have faithfully performed my duties, diligently and conscientiously, promptly paid attention to the Company's development, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed all proposals, and independently and objectively expressed opinions on important matters. I have fully exercised the role of an independent director, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the Company and its shareholders, especially small and medium shareholders. I. Basic Information
Chen Xingshu, born in June 1962, is a Chinese national with no permanent overseas residency, holding a bachelor's degree. He previously served as a teacher in the Accounting Department of Shanxi University of Finance and Economics, Deputy Director and Director of the Accounting Department of Chongqing Business School, Standing Committee Member of the Party Committee, Vice President, and Dean of the School of Accounting at Chongqing Technology and Business University, and President and Party Secretary of Chongqing Finance Vocational College. He is currently the Executive President of Paesi College, Chongqing Technology and Business University, and an independent director of Chongqing Yangtze River Shaped Materials (Group) Co., Ltd.
