(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") announced on May 8, 2026, the "Announcement on Receiving the Notice of Winning Bid for the Project" (Announcement No.: 2026-041). The notice of winning bid confirmed the Company as the winning bidder for the first batch of the open-pit mining conveyor system for the Hongge South Vanadium Titanium Magnetite Mine Development and Utilization Project (20 million tons/year mining and beneficiation tailing engineering) of Sichuan Province Vanadium Titanium Industry Investment and Development Co., Ltd. The bid amount was RMB 307,742,602.00.
Recently, the Company signed the "Sales and Installation Contract for the First Batch of Open-Pit Mining Conveyor System for the First Phase" (hereinafter referred to as the "Contract" or "this Contract") with Sichuan Province Vanadium Titanium Industry Investment and Development Co., Ltd.
