(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is changing its accounting policies in accordance with the requirements of the "Accounting Standards Interpretation No. 19" (Cai Kuai [2025] No. 32) issued by the Ministry of Finance of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Ministry of Finance") (hereinafter referred to as "Interpretation No. 19"). This change will not have a significant impact on the Company's current financial position, operating results, and cash flows. This change in accounting policies is made in accordance with the relevant regulations and requirements of the Ministry of Finance and does not require submission to the Board of Directors or Shareholders' Meeting for deliberation.
