Century Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Century Securities" or "this Sponsor") has been entrusted by Shenzhen Highpower Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Highpower Technology" or "the Company" or "the Issuer") to act as the sponsor for Highpower Technology's 2026 private placement of A shares (hereinafter referred to as "this Offering"). Xia Zengmeng and Zhao Yu, as the principal responsible sponsors, hereby issue this listing sponsorship letter for this Offering.
This Sponsor and the sponsors' representatives have, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the "Administrative Measures for the Sponsorship Business of Securities Issuance and Listing" (hereinafter referred to as the "Sponsorship Measures"), the "Administrative Measures for the Registration of Securities Issuance by Listed Companies" (hereinafter referred to as the "Registration Measures"), the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" (hereinafter referred to as the "Listing Rules"), and other relevant laws, administrative regulations, and regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as the "CSRC") and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, acted in good faith, diligently, and responsibly, and have strictly followed the business rules, industry practices, and ethical standards formulated in accordance with the law to issue this listing sponsorship letter, and guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy, and completeness of the information contained herein.
