Guangdong Yangshan United Precision Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the eleventh meeting of the third board of directors on April 23, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Confirmation of Directors' 2025 Remuneration and 2026 Remuneration Plan" and the "Proposal on Confirmation of Senior Management's 2025 Remuneration and 2026 Remuneration Plan". Directors with related interests abstained from voting on the above proposals. Among them, the "Proposal on Confirmation of Directors' 2025 Remuneration and 2026 Remuneration Plan" needs to be submitted to the Company's 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for review.
