As of the disclosure date of this announcement, the guarantee amount provided by Huilv Ecological Technology Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") exceeds 50% of the Company's audited net assets in the 2025 consolidated financial statements. I. Overview of Guarantee Situation
1. Basic Situation of This Guarantee
The Company has signed a "Guarantee Contract" with the Wuhan Jianghan Branch of Industrial Bank Co., Ltd. to provide joint and several liability guarantee for its subsidiary, Wuhan Junheng Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuhan Junheng"). The joint and several liability guarantee is for an amount of RMB 180 million (in words: One Hundred and Eighty Million Yuan).

Place of Contract Signing: Wuchang District, Wuhan City
2. Guarantee Limit Approved by Shareholders' Meeting
The Company held the 18th meeting of the 11th Board of Directors on April 2, 2026, and the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting on April 23, 2026, and deliberated and approved the "Proposal on the Annual Guarantee and Financing Limit for the Company and its Subsidiaries." Within the authorization period of the 2025 Annual Shareholders' Meeting, the Company's guarantee limit for Wuhan Junheng is RMB 1.5 billion.
The cumulative guarantee amount after the signing of this guarantee contract is within the limit approved by the 2025 Shareholders' Meeting, and does not require submission to the Board of Directors or Shareholders' Meeting for deliberation.
