As an independent director of Luoyang Shenglong Mining Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), in 2025, I have, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China", the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies", the "Stock Listing Rules of Shenzhen Stock Exchange", the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 - Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies", and other relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director System", adhered to the principles of objectivity, fairness, and independence. I have faithfully and diligently performed my duties, actively attended relevant meetings, carefully reviewed various proposals of the Board of Directors, and fully utilized the roles of independent director and various special committees to safeguard the interests of the Company and all shareholders. The following is a report on the performance of my duties as an independent director in 2025:
I. Basic Information of the Independent Director
Wang Xuanyi, male, born in September 1966, Chinese nationality, with no permanent residency rights abroad. He holds a Master's degree and graduated from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. He is a Senior Engineer and Senior Technician. He has served as a technician in the Lengshui beneficiation department of Luoyang栾川 Molybdenum Industry Company, Director of the Laboratory of Luoyang栾川 Molybdenum Industry Company, Deputy Director of the Technology Center of Luoyang Molybdenum Group, Deputy Manager of the First Beneficiation Branch Company, and Manager of the Second Tungsten Beneficiation Branch Company, Deputy General Manager of TAZHONG MINING CO., LTD. of ZHU FENG RESOURCES CO., LTD., among other positions. He currently serves as the Financial Controller of Luoyang Yiliu Beneficiation Technology Service Co., Ltd. and an independent director of Shenglong Stock.
