(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 26th meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors on March 31, 2026, and reviewed and approved the proposal on the expected amount of daily related transactions for 2026. According to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 7 - Transactions and Related Transactions," "Articles of Association," and other relevant regulations, based on the needs of daily production and operation, the Company and its controlling subsidiaries expect to have daily related transactions with Zhuzhou Times New Material Technology Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as "Times New Material") and Zhejiang Bofei New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Bofei New Energy") in 2026. The transaction content involves purchasing raw materials from related parties, selling products and goods, leasing houses, with an expected total amount of related transactions of 31 million yuan.
