Announcement on the Reduction of Company Shares by the Consistent Actors of the Controlling Shareholder and Actual Controller Touching 5% Integer Multiple

Zhejiang Bofei Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has received a notification letter regarding the reduction of shares from its controlling shareholder and actual controller's consistent actors, Haining Yunge Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Haining Yunge") and Haining Jucheng Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Haining Jucheng").

On January 12, 2026, Haining Yunge reduced its shares by 676,900 through block trading, while Haining Jucheng reduced its shares by 423,100 through block trading. After these changes, the total shares held by the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and their consistent actors amounted to 51,870,000 shares, decreasing their proportion of the total share capital from 61.2723% to 59.9999%, thus reaching a 5% integer multiple.
