The 20th meeting of the 3rd Board of Directors of Zhejiang Bofei Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") was held on September 29, 2025, in the company meeting room, combining in-person and remote attendance. The meeting notice was delivered to all directors via WeChat, SMS, and email on September 25, 2025. A total of 9 directors were required to attend, and all 9 directors were present.
