General Manager's Message General Manager 2025 is a year where the company emphasizes both high-quality growth and sustainable development. With the collective efforts of all employees, we have reached a new starting point: orders for the starry sky tent category have surpassed $100 million, and we are accelerating our layout in diverse categories such as storage, furniture, and camping. Our partnerships with global players like Costco, Chen Yonghui, Sam's Club, and Walmart are deepening, and our market presence in Europe and America is expanding. The influence of our proprietary brands, such as Mirador and AVAAR, is becoming increasingly evident. What is gratifying is not only the impressive growth figures but also the underlying value pursuit—our development is based on the efforts of our people, in harmony with the environment, and beneficial to society.
This year, the company was awarded the title of "National Civilized Unit," which is the highest recognition of our long-standing commitment to cultural construction, employee development, and public welfare practices. Additionally, in Batam, Indonesia, the company received public commendation from the local government for its positive contributions to local talent recruitment, job training, and skill enhancement. Through a systematic talent cultivation system, we have provided local youth with solid employment capabilities, invigorating community economic vitality and demonstrating the responsibility and commitment of the company as a global enterprise.
As one of the first intelligent factories in Zhejiang Province, we continue to promote the construction of a green, intelligent, and lean manufacturing system. This year, multiple intelligent and lean production lines, including those for storage and furniture, have been successfully established and are operating smoothly, setting a benchmark for digital and lean collaborative production in the industry. Through equipment upgrades, process reengineering, and energy efficiency improvements, we have further reduced energy consumption and waste, laying a solid foundation for creating an efficient, green, and sustainable production and supply chain system.
