Chapter 1 General Principles
Article 1 In order to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the company, shareholders, and creditors, and to regulate the organization and behavior of the company, these Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), and other relevant regulations.
Article 2 The company is a joint-stock limited company established in accordance with the Company Law and other relevant regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The company was established by the overall conversion of Wuhan Lead Technology Co., Ltd., and the rights and obligations of the original Wuhan Lead Technology Co., Ltd. are legally inherited by the company; it is registered with the Market Supervision Administration of Hongshan District, Wuhan City, and has obtained a business license with the unified social credit code: 91420100663482338J.

Article 9 All assets of the company are divided into equal shares, and shareholders are liable to the company only to the extent of their subscribed shares, while the company is liable for its debts with all its assets.
Article 10 These Articles of Association shall become a legally binding document regulating the organization and behavior of the company, the rights and obligations between the company and its shareholders, and among shareholders themselves from the date of effectiveness. Shareholders may sue other shareholders, shareholders may sue the company’s directors, supervisors, general manager, and other senior management personnel, and the company may sue shareholders, directors, supervisors, general manager, and other senior management personnel.

Article 12 The business objective of the company: adhering to the business philosophy of integrity, safety, professionalism, practicality, and service, the company is committed to the research and development and production of high-quality practical products and specialized services for China's electric power industry, while creating good social benefits and providing investors with sustainable and high-growth economic returns.
Article 13 Upon legal registration, the business scope of the company is: research and development, processing, sales, maintenance, leasing, and repair services of electric power electrical equipment and special vehicles; research and development, production, and sales of mechanical equipment, hardware and electrical products, hydraulic tools, high and low voltage electrical appliances, instruments and meters, insulating materials, uninterrupted operation products, identification products and consumables, security products, and special work clothing; laundry services for special work clothing; sales of environmental protection equipment, chemical products (excluding toxic, harmful, flammable, explosive hazardous materials), building materials, labor protection products, office supplies, and daily necessities; construction and decoration engineering, power transmission and transformation engineering, design and construction of installation (repair, testing) projects; design, construction, and maintenance of safety tool cabinets and warehouses; power engineering design; general contracting for laboratory construction; general contracting for live line work on power grid lines, technical services, and technical consulting; electrical performance testing of insulating materials; import and export of goods and technology; design and development of computer software and network engineering technology and equipment, engineering construction; research and development, sales, leasing, and technical services of drones and multifunctional aircraft.
