On April 27, 2026, the Company held the 20th meeting of the second board of directors to review the proposal on the 2026 Annual Compensation Plan for Directors and Senior Management. Due to all directors abstaining from voting, the proposal was directly submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review. The specific details of the proposal are announced as follows:
