(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 20th meeting of the second board of directors on April 27, 2026, and approved the proposal on applying for a comprehensive credit line from banks for the year 2026. This matter still needs to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review. The relevant matters are announced as follows:
I. Basic Information on the Application for Comprehensive Credit Line
To meet the funding needs for the company's production operations and investment construction, the company (including its holding subsidiaries) plans to apply for a total comprehensive credit line not exceeding RMB 6.9 billion from various commercial banks in 2026. The content of the comprehensive credit includes but is not limited to non-current asset loans, working capital loans, bank acceptance bills, letters of credit, bill discounting, financing against bills, guarantees, and bill pools; the specific situation of the comprehensive credit line application to relevant banks is as follows:
