According to the Company Law of the People's Republic of China, the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listing Rules, the Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies No. 1 - Standard Operation of Main Board Listed Companies, and the Company's Articles of Association, the third board of directors will consist of 9 directors, including 1 employee representative director elected by the employee representative assembly.
On February 4, 2026, the Company held the first meeting of the employee representative assembly, where Mr. Chen Ying (resume attached) was elected as the employee representative director of the third board of directors. Mr. Chen will serve alongside the 8 directors elected by the shareholders, with a term consistent with that of the third board of directors.
