To all shareholders of Guangdong Meishi Technology Co., Ltd.:
We have been entrusted to audit the consolidated and parent company balance sheet of Guangdong Meishi Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Meishi Technology") as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and parent company income statement, consolidated and parent company cash flow statement, consolidated and parent company statement of changes in equity for the year 2025, and the notes to the financial statements, in accordance with the "Chinese Certified Public Accountant Auditing Standards," and have issued a standard unqualified audit report numbered Si Nong Shen Zi [2026] 26002600010.
In accordance with the requirements of the China Securities Regulatory Commission's "Guidance No. 8 on the Supervision of Listed Companies - Regulatory Requirements for Fund Transactions and External Guarantees" and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's "Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 for Listed Companies - Business Handling," the management of Meishi Technology has prepared the attached summary table of non-operating fund occupation and other related fund transactions for the year 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the summary table). It is the responsibility of Meishi Technology's management to prepare and disclose the summary table truthfully and ensure its authenticity, legality, and completeness.
We have verified the information contained in the summary table against the accounting materials reviewed during our audit of Meishi Technology's financial statements for the year 2025 and the relevant contents of the audited financial statements, and found no inconsistencies in all material respects. Except for the audit procedures related to related party transactions performed during the audit of Meishi Technology's financial statements for the year 2025, we did not perform additional audit procedures on the information contained in the summary table. To better understand Meishi Technology's non-operating fund occupation and other related fund transactions, the attached summary table should be read in conjunction with the audited financial statements.
This special explanation is intended solely for the disclosure of non-operating fund occupation and other related fund transactions of Meishi Technology and may not be used for any other purpose.
