Beijing Hairun Tianrui Law Firm on Yongtai Yunhua Chemical Logistics Co., Ltd.'s 2026 Second Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting

According to the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), the Rules for Shareholders' Meetings of Listed Companies (hereinafter referred to as the "Shareholders' Meeting Rules"), and other relevant regulations, Beijing Hairun Tianrui Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "our firm") has been entrusted by Yongtai Yunhua Chemical Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to appoint lawyers Zou Shengwu and Peng Wenhua (hereinafter referred to as "the Firm's Lawyers") to attend the Company's 2026 Second Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting and to legally witness the convening and holding procedures of this meeting, the qualifications of attendees and the convener, the matters for deliberation, as well as the voting methods, voting procedures, and voting results.
The Firm's Lawyers have reviewed the relevant documents and materials provided by the Company for convening this shareholders' meeting. The Company has promised the Firm and the Firm's Lawyers that the documents and materials provided are true, accurate, complete, and valid, with no concealment or omissions, and based on this, we issue this legal opinion.
The Firm's Lawyers have strictly fulfilled their statutory duties in accordance with the Securities Law, the Administrative Measures for Law Firms Engaging in Securities Legal Business, and the Provisional Rules for Law Firms' Securities Legal Business Practice, and have conducted thorough verification to ensure that the facts recognized in this legal opinion are true, accurate, and complete, and that the conclusive opinions expressed are legal and accurate, with no false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions, and bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
The Firm agrees that the Company will submit this legal opinion as a statutory document along with other documents to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange for review and announcement.
