2025 Independent Director Work Report
Dear Shareholders and Shareholder Representatives:
Hello everyone!
As an independent director of Yongtai Yunhua Chemical Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), during my term in 2025, I strictly adhered to the provisions and requirements of the Company Law, the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, the Company’s Articles of Association, and the Independent Director Work System, among other laws, regulations, and rules. I faithfully and diligently fulfilled my responsibilities as an independent director, attended board and shareholder meetings, fully exercised the role of independent directors, supervised the standardized operation of the Company, and safeguarded the legitimate rights and interests of the Company’s shareholders, especially minority shareholders.
In October 2025, the Company’s board of directors completed its re-election, and I was elected as an independent director of the Company’s third board of directors on October 16, 2025. I also serve on the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration and Assessment Committee. I hereby report on my performance of independent director duties during my term in 2025 as follows:
I. Basic Information
Wang Yong: Male, Chinese nationality, no permanent residency abroad, born in June 1978, with a doctoral degree. Recent five years of work experience: Currently a tenured associate professor at Peking University, a distinguished professor at Shandong Normal University, vice president of the Development Economics Branch of the Chinese Society of Foreign Economic Theory, executive director of the Chinese Industrial Economics Society, member of the Industrial Integration Professional Committee of the Chinese Industrial Economics Society, and member of the Global Industrial Chain and Industrial Cluster Professional Committee of the Chinese Industrial Economics Society. Previously served as a part-time doctoral supervisor at Jiangsu University, a distinguished professor at Harbin Institute of Technology (Shenzhen), a visiting professor at Liaoning University, and an executive director of the Chinese Society of Economics in the United States. Since October 2025, I have served as an independent director of the Company.
