We have audited the financial statements of Lanzhou Bank Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lanzhou Bank"), including the consolidated and bank balance sheets as of December 31, 2025, the consolidated and bank income statements, the consolidated and bank cash flow statements, the consolidated and bank statements of changes in equity, and the notes to the financial statements.
