Hangzhou Hetai Electromechanical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and all members of the Board of Directors guarantee that the content of the information disclosure is true, accurate, and complete, without false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions.
The Company held the seventh meeting of the second Board of Directors and the seventh meeting of the second Supervisory Board on April 21, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on the use of part of the idle self-owned funds and raised funds for cash management. This aims to improve the efficiency of fund utilization, increase company revenue, and protect shareholder interests. The Company and its subsidiaries plan to use no more than 550 million RMB (including the principal) of idle self-owned funds and no more than 500 million RMB (including the principal) of idle raised funds for cash management, with a usage period of 12 months from the date of approval by the Company's 2024 annual shareholders' meeting. During this effective period, the funds can be used in a rolling manner within the above limits.
The above proposal was approved at the 2024 annual shareholders' meeting held on May 12, 2025.
