Regarding the Initial Public Offering and Listing on the Main Board of Shimeng Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.

Shimeng Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shimeng Co.", "the Issuer" or "the Company") intends to apply for an initial public offering of shares and listing on the main board (hereinafter referred to as "this securities issuance" or "this issuance") and has appointed China International Capital Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CICC") as the sponsor for the initial public offering and listing on the main board (hereinafter referred to as "the sponsoring institution" or "this institution").
In accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Securities Law"), the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Initial Public Offerings of Stocks (hereinafter referred to as "the IPO Measures"), the Management Measures for Securities Issuance and Listing Sponsorship Business, and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE"), CICC and its sponsoring representatives act with honesty and integrity, diligently and responsibly, and strictly issue this sponsorship letter for listing in accordance with the business rules and industry self-regulatory norms established by law, ensuring that this sponsorship letter for listing is true, accurate, and complete.
