Shimeng Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shimeng," "the issuer," or "the company") intends to apply for an initial public offering of shares and listing on the main board (hereinafter referred to as "this securities issuance" or "this issuance") and has appointed China International Capital Corporation Limited (hereinafter referred to as "CICC") as the sponsor for the initial public offering and listing (hereinafter referred to as "the sponsor institution" or "this institution").
In accordance with the Company Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Company Law"), the Securities Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "the Securities Law"), the Administrative Measures for the Registration of Initial Public Offerings of Stocks (hereinafter referred to as "the IPO Measures"), the Management Measures for Securities Issuance and Listing Sponsorship Business, and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the provisions of the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE"), CICC and its sponsoring representatives have acted in good faith, diligently, and responsibly, strictly following the business rules and industry self-regulatory norms established by law to issue this sponsorship letter, ensuring that this sponsorship letter is true, accurate, and complete. (Unless otherwise specified in this sponsorship letter, relevant terms have the same meanings as in the "Prospectus for the Initial Public Offering of Shares and Listing of Shimeng Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd.")
