Verification Work Conducted by the Sponsor The sponsoring representative of Guosen Securities conducted a verification by querying the special account for raised funds, reviewing the annual special explanation for the storage and use of raised funds, the accountant's verification report on the annual use of raised funds, and various business and management regulations. The verification focused on the integrity, reasonableness, and effectiveness of the Company's management of raised funds, the use of raised funds, and the information disclosure regarding raised funds.
