This change of equity involves the company's controlling shareholder, Hainan Lianke Investment Co., Ltd., transferring its 18.834% stake (i.e., 57,093,920 shares) to the actual controller, Mr. Wu Xiaolin, via agreement. This change of equity is an internal transfer of shares between the company's controlling shareholder and its person acting in concert, which belongs to an agreement transfer under the same control and will not lead to a change in the company's control. The actual controllers of the company remain Mr. Wu Xiaolin and Mr. Wu Xiaoqiang, with no changes.
