Tianjin Yiyi Hygiene Products Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the ninth meeting of the fourth Board of Directors on June 22, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Changing the Company's Business Scope and Amending the Articles of Association." This proposal still needs to be submitted to the Company's general meeting of shareholders for deliberation. The specific details are announced as follows:
I. Explanation of Amendments to the Articles of Association
To further improve the corporate governance structure and enhance the level of standardized operations, in accordance with the requirements of the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Guidelines for Articles of Association of Listed Companies," the "Stock Listing Rules of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," and other relevant laws and regulations, the Company intends to amend the "Articles of Association of Tianjin Yiyi Hygiene Products Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Articles of Association"). In addition, based on the actual needs of the Company's business development, it is proposed to change the business scope.
The matter of changing the Company's business scope and amending the Articles of Association still needs to be submitted to the general meeting of shareholders for deliberation, and the general meeting is requested to authorize the Board of Directors and its authorized persons to handle the relevant industrial and commercial change registration procedures. The final Articles of Association and business scope after the change shall be subject to the approval and registration by the Market Supervision and Administration Bureau.
