Jushen Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") disclosed the "Notice of Receipt of Bidding Results" (Announcement Number: 2025-087) on October 10, 2025, on the Giant Tide Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn). Recently, the Company's subsidiary, SOCIETE JUSHEN GUINEE-SARLU (hereinafter referred to as "Jushen Guinea"), signed the "Alumina Transshipment Agreement" with the designated entity of the bidding party. The main details are as follows:
