Recently, Jushen Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") wholly-owned subsidiary Hainan Jushen Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hainan Jushen") signed a "Shipbuilding Contract" (hereinafter referred to as "this Contract") with a certain ship engineering company for the construction of deck barges, with a total amount of 78 million RMB.
According to the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules" and the Company's "Information Disclosure Management System" and other regulations, some information regarding this contract is considered trade secrets and commercially sensitive information. Disclosing or fulfilling related obligations according to the rules may lead to unfair competition and harm the interests of the Company and investors.
