Zhundong Branch frozen due to a pre-litigation property preservation application filed by Xinjiang Chuan Nan Fushun Hydropower Heating Installation Co., Ltd. with the People's Court of Jimusaer County, resulting in a total frozen amount of 2,328,876.00 yuan.
