I. Overview of the Deregistration
Guangdong Jushen Logistics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the twenty-fifth meeting of the third board of directors on October 29, 2024, and reviewed and approved the proposal on the deregistration of the wholly-owned subsidiary.
