As an independent director of Dongrui Food Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), I have strictly adhered to the provisions and requirements of relevant laws and regulations such as the Company Law, the Securities Law, the Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies, and the Self-Regulatory Guidelines No. 1 for Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange — Standardized Operation of Main Board Listed Companies, as well as the Company’s Articles of Association and the Detailed Rules for Independent Director Work during my term of office. I have diligently, honestly, and faithfully performed my duties, earnestly exercised the rights granted by the Company, attended relevant meetings on time, carefully reviewed various proposals from the Board of Directors, fully exerted the independent role of independent directors, and safeguarded the interests of the Company and all shareholders, especially minority shareholders. I hereby report on my performance during my term as an independent director in 2025 (from December 17, 2025, to December 31, 2025) as follows:
I. Basic Information
(1) Personal Background
I, Zhang Guihong, was born in June 1968, hold Chinese nationality, have no permanent residency abroad, am a member of the Communist Party of China, and possess a doctoral degree. I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. Since 2002, I have been working at the College of Veterinary Medicine, South China Agricultural University, where I currently serve as a professor, doctoral supervisor, national scientist in the swine industry technology system, and director of the Guangdong Provincial Key Laboratory for the Prevention and Control of Zoonotic Diseases. I am also the director of the Technology Research Institute of Shenzhen Jingji Smart Agriculture Co., Ltd. I have received several awards, including the "First Prize of Guangdong Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award," "Second Prize of Agricultural, Animal Husbandry and Fishery Harvest Award," and "First Prize of Guangdong Provincial Agricultural Science and Technology Promotion Award." I served as an independent director of the Company from November 2016 to December 2022 and as an independent director of Jinyu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. from May 2019 to May 2025. I have been serving as an independent director of the Company since December 2025.
