On-site Inspection Report of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. for 2025 Huatai United Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huatai United Securities" or "Independent Financial Advisor") is the independent financial advisor for the major asset acquisition of China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. - Methods of On-site Inspection The on-site inspection personnel reviewed relevant documents, examined the Company's operational status, and conducted checks on China Resources Sanjiu's 2025 operational performance, corporate governance, internal controls, information disclosure, independence, and transactions with the controlling shareholder, actual controller, and other related parties, including fund exchanges, related transactions, external guarantees, significant external investments, and fulfillment of commitments. Based on the aforementioned work, this on-site inspection report was completed.
