2025 Annual Audit Accountant Performance Evaluation Report
China Resources Sanjiu Medical & Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has appointed KPMG Huazhen LLP (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "KPMG Huazhen") as the auditing institution for the Company's 2025 annual report. In accordance with the "Management Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies" issued by the Ministry of Finance, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the Company evaluates KPMG Huazhen's performance during the 2025 audit process.
I. Qualification Conditions
KPMG Huazhen was established on August 18, 1992 in Beijing, and on July 5, 2012 it was approved to convert into a special general partnership and renamed KPMG Huazhen LLP Approved to convert into a special general partnership , renamed KPMG Huazhen LLP ( Special General Partnership ) , On July 10, 2012, it obtained a business license , and officially started operations on August 1, 2012
KPMG Huazhen's headquarters is located in Beijing, with its registered address at the 8th floor of East Tower 2, Oriental Plaza, No. 1 Dongchang'an Street, Dongcheng District, Beijing.
The chief partner of KPMG Huazhen is Mr. Zou Jun, a Chinese national, who holds the qualification of a Chinese Certified Public Accountant.
